From April 22-23, CLDP  will organize a Ports Concessions Phase II Workshop with the Indonesian Ministry of Transportation, the Ministry of Finance, and the Ministry of National Development Planning. 

The topics of the conference will focus on contracting models, procurement management and best practices, pros and cons of a public-private-partnership model approach, key financial structuring considerations, financing documents and key lender protections, and considering the concessionaire's perspective of process and workflows.  This will be a follow up to Phase I which took place in September 2026.
