On April 24, CLDP will conduct a workshop with PT Indonesia Ports Company (Pelindo), Danantara Indonesia, the Coordinating Ministry for Infrastructure and Regional Development, and the State-Owned Enterprises Regulatory Agency (BP BUMN) for the second phase of our programming on Port Concessions. This workshop will follow a one-day port visit on April 20 to the Benoa Port, where Indonesia is developing the Bali Maritime Tourism Hub (BMTH). 

This program follows the work we have done on Phase I in September 2025. This workshop will focus on mixed-use port expansion, procurement strategies, concession and contracting models, project bankability, value-for-money, key protections and risks, as well as case studies from around the world on relevant port cases, including Nassau, San Juan, Miami, and El Salvador.
