CLDP will host a bilateral workshop on investment screening in Montenegro, in direct response to a request from its government counterparts. The workshop will focus on supporting the interagency working group on investment screening in drafting the secondary legislation necessary to operationalize Montenegro’s investment screening mechanism. Through targeted technical assistance and practical drafting sessions, the workshop will help translate the existing legal framework into clear procedures and institutional roles, strengthening the country’s capacity to effectively implement and administer the screening regime.
