At the request of Peru’s Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), CLDP supported the organization of three roundtable dialogues on the draft procurement legislation that is currently under congressional review. The three roundtables on October 27, 30, and 31 highlighted major reforms in the draft procurement law focusing on integrity and sustainability, infrastructure procurements, and value-for-money with stakeholders from civil society, the private sector and across Peruvian government agencies. Cross-cutting dialogues are important to ensure a transparent and efficient procurement system in line with international standards.
