CLDP provided technical support to the Peruvian Ministry of Economics and Finance in a series of consultations to discuss the new Peruvian draft public procurement law before it is finalized. The consultations were intended to discuss the most critical reforms of the draft law, many of which were recommended by CLDP, and to hear concerns and views from government, business, and civil society stakeholders. This series is part of CLDP’s multi-phase programming to assist Peru in increasing the transparency, efficiency, and competitiveness of its public procurement legal framework.
