CLDP in cooperation with the U.S. interagency and international experts, will host a regional workshop on investment screening mechanisms in the Balkans. Participants from each country will examine the legal and institutional frameworks necessary to implement transparent and effective investment screening mechanisms. Through expert-led panels, interactive case studies, and peer-to-peer exchanges, the workshop will foster a comparative understanding of investment review procedures, national security considerations, and compliance with international obligations.
