On July 26, 2018, in Kyiv, Ukraine, CLDP in collaboration with the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the Federal Judicial Center introduced a number of Ukrainian judges to the IP Benchbook, prepared with the support of CLDP. Such introduction will help the Ukrainian judiciary use the IP Benchbook even more efficiently.

The participants discussed the contents and structure of the Benchbook, its functions and uses, as well as took part in the case study exercises on some of the current issues of IP adjudication.

The workshop resulted in better awareness of the Ukrainian judiciary of the nature and importance of the IP Benchbook as a tool in further improvement of adjudication of IP disputes in Ukraine.
