Conference on Electronic Signatures in Cairo, Egypt

In recent years, CLDP has been working closely with the National Center for Judicial Studies (NCJS) to develop the capacity of Egyptian judges to understand and implement Egyptian legislation in the areas of intellectual property, telecommunication, and electronic signatures.

Judicial workshop on Reorganizing SMEs under Bankruptcy Laws

In response to a request from the Tunisian Ministry of Justice, CLDP, in close cooperation with the U.S. Embassy in Tunis, has developed a judicial capacity building program focused on the judicial reorganization of small business, which, though viable, experience financial difficulties.
