CLDP supported a delegation from the Ministry of Justice and Tashkent State University of Law to participate in a working group session on Investor State Dispute Settlement (ISDS) reform at the United Nations Commission on International Trade (UNCITRAL) in Vienna, Austria. This initiative enabled Uzbek policymakers and academics to directly engage in international standard-setting, bring a transition-economy perspective to global discussions, and translate emerging international best practices into national legal reforms, academic curricula, and domestic capacity-building efforts to modernize Uzbekistan's commercial and investment climate.
