Azerbaijan: CLDP Hosts Intellectual Property Workshop for Lawyers & Law Students

On January 31-February 1, CLDP hosted a workshop on intellectual property rights (IPR) for practicing lawyers and law students in Baku, in conjunction the American Chamber of Commerce - Azerbaijan conference on the enforcement and protection of IPR. The workshop included sessions on international and regional best practices, current trends in IPR protection and enforcement, and the effect artificial intelligence continues to have on IPR protection and enforcement matters.
