CLDP Presents Recommendations on Collective Copyright Management

On November 10, CLDP, in collaboration with the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia, organized a virtual consultation for members of the Georgian Parliament’s Culture Committee Working Group on Intellectual Property. CLDP and international experts presented recommendations for strengthening the legal and institutional framework for collective copyright management in Georgia. The consultation resulted in the Working Group formally requesting that CLDP assist with amending Georgia’s collective management legislation.
