CLDP, in collaboration with the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia ‘Sakpatenti’ and the European Law Students’ Association, will facilitate a training session on international best practices in trademark enforcement for a moot court on intellectual property law.  The moot court program is aimed to train Georgian students at the university level on basic concepts in intellectual property and to develop their oral advocacy skills.
