On October 19, CLDP, in partnership with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce, and Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), conducted a workshop to build capacity in the country’s MSME Centers (Centros Mipyme) to support small businesses trying to access government contracts. This workshop focused on the human capital and institutional resources needed to provide this type of support to small businesses. The workshop is part of a CLDP series aimed at developing technical units within the Centros Mipyme based on the U.S. Department of Defense Defense Logistics Agency’s model of Procurement Technical Assistance Centers.
