Dominican Republic: Workshop on Best Practices in Government Procurement and Contract Administration for Emergency Preparedness and Disaster Response

On August 8-9 and 12-13, 2019, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP), CLDP conducted two workshops on government procurement and contract administration for disaster preparedness and emergency response for more than 100 representatives of Dominican government institutions responsible for citizen security, including the National 911 Emergency and Security System and the Center for Emergency Operations.

On May 28-29, CLDP, in coordination with the General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP) organized a workshop to discuss the creation of a new certification program for contracting personnel.

Dominican Republic: CLDP Leads Judiical Procurement Training on Bid Protests

On December 6-7, 2018, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP) and the National School of the Judiciary, CLDP led a workshop on best practices in adjudicating bid protest cases for approximately 20 judges and support staff of the Superior Administrative Court and the Supreme Court in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.

Dominican Republic: CLDP Leads Judicial Procurement Training

On September 4, in Santo Domingo, CLDP, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting and the National School of the Judiciary, led a workshop on contract administration and disputes arising from the implementation of government contracts for approximately 40 judges and support staff of the Superior Administrative Court and the Supreme Court of the Dominican Republic.

Dominican Republic: CLDP Leads Judicial Procurement Training

On May 22, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP) and the National School of the Judiciary, CLDP led a workshop on contract administration and bid protests in government procurement for the 11 judges of the Superior Administrative Court of the Dominican Republic, as well as 11 legal and administrative support staff of the Supreme Court.

From May 16-18, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP), CLDP led a government procurement workshop on contract administration, contractor accountability and bid protests for more than 60 contracting officials and attorneys from various government agencies as well as the private sector in Santo Domingo.
