From October 20-22, 2023, CLDP facilitated a Fall Course on International Commercial Arbitration in Warsaw, Poland, hosted by SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities. Students from European Humanities University, Ivan Frank National University, Jagiellonian University, Moldova State University, National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy, Taras Shevchenko National University, Ukraine Catholic University, Adam Mickiewicz, Warsaw University, SWPS University and University of Silesia attended the course. The course was led by instructors from White & Case LLP and Linklaters. Topics covered during the course include Issues Analysis and Research Writing. This course contributes to CLDP’s goal of creating a cadre of effective ADR practitioners in Central and Eastern Europe while promoting the culture of ADR.
