As part of its ongoing support to the Government of Ukraine in their effort to adopt legislation and implementing measures for intellectual property enforcement as called for in the WTO TRIPS Agreement, CLDP held a workshop to increase the capacity within the State Customs Service of Ukraine to implement practical measures to better enforce IP protection and to improve cooperation between the State Customs Service of Ukraine and the Ministry of Interior of Ukraine. This workshop utilized as a primary resource, the IPR Enforcement Manual prepared by officials of the State Department of Intellectual Property of Ukraine with the support of CLDP.
