CLDP, in cooperation with USAID, is assisting the Cultural Committee of the Parliament of Georgia and the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia to reform legislation on collective copyright management.  USAID will initially conduct factual research from Georgian stakeholders to determine current challenges.  CLDP will then organize and lead a CMO reform task force that will include international experts and local stakeholders. The work of the task force will inform the Committee as it proceeds with legislative and institutional reform.
