From February 13-17, CLDP conducted a follow up five-day Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot Oral Argument Training in Zenica, Bosnia-Herzegovina to support the second phase of its Willem C. Vis Moot Competition (Vis Moot) program.

On December 11-12, 2018,in Washington, DC, CLDP & ITA hosted a Guatemalan delegation from the Ministries of Economy, Customs, Health, and Agriculture, for a two-day technical exchange on optimizing operations through intergovernmental cooperation and centrally-published information.

On December 6-7, 2018, in coordination with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP) and the National School of the Judiciary, CLDP led a workshop on best practices in adjudicating bid protest cases for approximately 20 judges and support staff of the Superior Administrativ

On December 5-7, CLDP facilitated a workshop on procurement in Chisinau, Moldova. CLDP organized the workshop in collaboration with the Public Procurement Agency of Moldova (PPA), the Ministry of Finance of Moldova, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine (MEDT), and the U.S.

From December 3-7, 2018, CLDP, in partnership with USPTO and the Continuing Legal Education Institute of Pakistan (CLEIP), conducted a week-long workshop on intellectual property (IP) for Pakistan judges and a Director of the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO).
