On October 21-25, CLDP, in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) of Saudi Arabia, Saudi Arabia General Investment Authority (SAGIA), and the Board of Grievances (BOG), conducted a judicial capacity building programming in Riyadh.

On October 17-18, CLDP, in cooperation with the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA), initiated an SCCA-sanctioned alternative dispute resolution (ADR) training course for future female commercial mediation and arbitration lawyers.

On October 16 and 18, CLDP conducted two one-day programs in Islamabad and Karachi, respectively, on legal and technical issues that affect small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and their inclusion in financial systems. These were organized in conjunction with the U.S.

On October 15-16, CLDP, in coordination with the Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of Republika Srpska and the Centre for Judicial and Prosecutorial Training of FBiH, conducted the second two-day workshop on the Enforcement of International Sales Contracts for Bosnian judges.  T

CLDP, in collaboration with  the Public Procurement Agency of Moldova, supported the travel of a delegation of an official from the Government of Moldova to attend a meeting of the Committee on Government Procurement (GPA Committee) on October 15-17, 2018, at WTO Secretariat, Genev
