From June 26-28, CLDP and experts from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission conducted workshops on commodity futures for officials of the Uzbek Commodity Exchange in Tashkent and Samarkand.

CLDP and the Competition Protection Commission of Armenia (CPC) conducted a two-day workshop, held June 22-23, 2023, on digital markets regulation and enforcement.

On June 22-23, CLDP and the Philippine Department of Transportation held a workshop on drafting and managing the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) contracts.

On June 21, CLDP, in collaboration with Tunisia’s Ministry of Commerce, Competition Council, and the Tunisian Bar Association, organized a one-day workshop in Tunis on the legal and institutional aspects of franchising.

From June 21 – 23, 2023, CLDP held a workshop on business development and stakeholder engagement for 10 delegates from 2 Pakistani ADR Centers: the Musaliha International Center for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution (MICADR) and the Institute of Business Administration Dispute Resolution Fo
