CLDP in Action

On May 22-24, CLDP held judicial exchange among judges from the Maldives, Sri Lanka, Malaysia, and the United States, on the role of judges in alternative dispute resolution (ADR). The judges shared the ADR regimes and the role of judges in their respective countries.

From May 17 to 18, CLDP held in-person consultations and meetings on digital economy and data protection issues with government and non-government stakeholders. The consultations focused on the current draft personal data protection bill and its effects on data privacy for U.S. businesses.

On May 13, 2022, CLDP and the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in Georgia co-hosted the Eastern Europe & CIS International Arbitration Conference in Tbilisi, Georgia.
