On October 15th, 2010, CLDP concluded a three-week intensive training program in Washington DC and New York City for Iraqi judges on adjudicating complex commercial cases.

CLDP and U.S. Department of Commerce’s Office of Africa (International Trade Administration), in partnership with the U.S. Department of Justice (USDOJ), the U.S.

CLDP organized a technology transfer program in the U.S., September 18-25, 2010, that focused on funding resources for Pakistan's academia to industry innovation and commercialization. The program commenced in Washington D.C.

CLDP, in conjunction with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), continued its work with Georgia's National Intellectual Property Center (Sakpatenti) to provide assistance in the development of an electronic filing system for patents and trademarks.

As part of an ongoing program of judicial capacity building and IP enforcement for Bosnia and Herzegovina, CLDP held a workshop in Sarajevo on Adjudication of Intellectual Property Criminal Infringement Cases.
