On October 14, 2022, CLDP together with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Private Partnerships (DGAPP) and the Dominican Institute for Higher Education in Diplomatic and Consular Formation (INESDYC) led a hybrid session for 107 representatives from both the Dominican public and private sectors. The session leveraged the expertise of CLDP expert, Schafik Collazo, former head of El Salvador’s PPP agency. The seminar focused on how diplomats can attract foreign investment through PPP project promotion abroad.
