Support for Moldova to attend the Stability Pact Trade Working Group (SPTWG) Meeting in London, England

CLDP advocated and sponsored the attendance of Moldova’s Trade Working Group (TWG) representatives to the London SPTWG meeting. The meeting discussed and determined the method of a single Free Trade Agreement (FTA) that the TWG will recommend to the Stability Pact Trade Ministers. It is hoped that the Ministers will mandate the TWG to prepare such an agreement for signature in 2006 and implementation in 2007. CLDP continues to provide ongoing assistance to Moldova’s participation in the SPTWG to encourage the greater integration of Moldova within the Southeast Europe region.
