On April 1-2, in Singapore, CLDP, in coordination with INSOL International (International Association of Restructuring, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Professionals), supported the participation of judges from Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Tunisia in the 13th INSOL Judicial Colloquium.

On April 1-5, 2019 CLDP facilitated the attendance of a group of government and non-government representatives from Tunisia to e-Commerce Week 2019 in Geneva, Switzerland.  e-Commerce week is an annual event organized by the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.&

On March 31 and April 3, in Singapore, CLDP organized trainings for judges from Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and Tunisia on the role of courts in managing restructuring and liquidation procedures.

In 2016 Ukraine acceded to the revised WTO Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO GPA). Although substantial reforms have been implemented in a number of areas of public procurement, notably in the e-procurement sphere, significant challenges remain. 

On March 27-28, 2019, CLDP launched an 18-month initiative to support the development of Ethiopia’s newly established Public Private Partnership (PPP) office. The creation of the PPP office came as a result of Ethiopia’s February 2018 adoption of the landmark PPP law.
