CLDP in collaboration with the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine and the Ministry of Agriculture, supported the travel of the Government of Ukraine (GOU) delegation to the Sanitary and Phytosanitary (SPS) Committee Meeting that took place on March 20-23, 2017 at WTO Secre

CLDP hosted a delegation of franchising stakeholders from Algeria and Tunisia, including government officials and private-sector representatives, in Paris, France from March 17-19, 2017, for a workshop and expo visit focused on international franchising.

From March 14-17, CLDP organized a workshop in Singapore for an interagency delegation of Bahraini officials to develop a new legal framework for bankruptcy. Bahrain does not currently allow for company reorganization and limits the role of creditors in the liquidation process.

CLDP is assisting Ukraine with compliance to World Trade Organization. As part of this effort, CLDP sponsored a team of law students from Kyiv to attend the WTO Moot Court Competition. The participants were ELSA WTO Moot Court Institute of International Relations team.
