CLDP, in cooperation with the Department of Commerce Research Library, organized the second annual Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day. Over 20 children attended the event, which took place on Thursday, April 28, 2016.

On April 26 in Tunis, CLDP co-sponsored a Workshop for Future Franchisees in Tunisia. The program had nearly 100 attendees and focused on franchise contracts, franchise financing, understanding the concept of franchising, and choosing the right franchise network.

On April 26th, CLDP, ITA and U.S. Embassy Islamabad co-sponsored a World IP Day conference in Islamabad conducted by the Intellectual Property Organization of Pakistan (IPO).

CLDP, in partnership with the Ministry of Justice of Georgia, held a two-day workshop on prevention of investor-state disputes in Tbilisi, Georgia.

CLDP and the World Bank co-sponsored US Consultations for Improving the Business Environment in Morocco from April 25-29, 2016.
