In September 2006, CLDP in conjunction with the American Bar Association, the Arab Council for Judicial and Legal Studies, and the Bahrain Ministry of Justice presented a regional conference focused on training judges regarding the adjudication of electronic commerce disputes.

The 3 day workshop for Egyptian Competition Authority staff took place on September 10-12, 2006. Approximately 40 participants reviewed case studies and competition strategies with 2 legal and economic experts from the U.S. Federal Trade Commission and one economist from the U.S.
