On September 16, CLDP conducted a workshop on commercial arbitration for members of the Thailand Ministry of Justice (MOJ). This workshop is a continuation of the work with MOJ to develop alternative dispute resolution in order to attract private investment to Thailand.

On September 16-18, CLDP and the Competition Protection Commission of Armenia (CPC) conducted an expert roundtable on digital markets regulation and enforcement in the Republic of Armenia.

On September 12-13, in Manila, CLDP conducted a workshop on port concession agreements for the Philippines’ Department of Transportation and Public-Private Partnership Center. Participants reviewed and drafted key clauses of concession agreements.
