On June 15, CLDP, at the behest of the U.S. Consulate in Basrah, led a meeting with the Governor of Basrah, Dr. Maged Al-Nasrawi, and 20 other Governorate officials to develop the next programmatic steps in implementing the recently signed Sister-City Agreement between Houston and Basra.

CLDP, in coordination with the United States Telecommunications Training Institute (USTTI), sponsored the participation of five officials from the Pakistan Telecommunications Authority and the Ministry of Information Technology to attend a series of courses on telecommunications regulation.

CLDP and AC Franchise organized a one-day Franchise Business Club Workshop on franchise finance in Tunis on June 4, 2015.
