March 17-21, 2014, CLDP worked in cooperation with the World Trade Organization (Accessions Division ; Institute for Training and Technical Cooperation) to hold an intensive workshop for the Iraq WTO Accession Task Force.

On March 17, CLDP held a one-day workshop in Dubai for delegations from Yemen, Morocco, and Bahrain made up of judges, government officials, private sector representatives, and legal advisors on the implementation of insolvency legislation using international best practices.CLDP experts provided

CLDP, in partnership with the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service, and hosted by the Iraqi National Investment Commission (NIC), held a franchise trade mission, the first of its kind in recent years to Iraq.

CLDP held a workshop for the Moroccan Ministry of Commerce on the effective implementation of trade remedies, with a focus on subsidies, in Rabat from March 11-13, 2014.

CLDP hosted a workshop and site visits in Singapore on March 10-14 for a group of Pakistani technology transfer experts from seven universities and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.
