Dominican Republic: CLDP Provides Coaching on PPP Project Development

On May 16-20, CLDP conducted coaching sessions with key operational directorates within the Dominican Republic’s General Directorate for Public-Private Partnerships (DGAPP). The sessions provided assessments and recommendations to improve DGAPP’s institutional capacity to develop and implement effective PPP projects. These coaching sessions are part of a six-month direct support program to overhaul DGAPP’s internal processes and systems, including financial modeling, risk management, market assessments and sounding, tendering, and contracting.
