On November 14-15, CLDP hosted a workshop on Independent Power Producers (IPP) Procurement Strategy. The workshop was attended by representatives from the Ministry of Power and Renewable Energy, the Ceylon Electricity Board (CEB), and the National Agency for Public-Private Partnerships.

CLDP, in coordination with the U.S. Federal Trade Center and in cooperation with the High Council of Justice, the Supreme Court of Ukraine and the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine held the Workshop on the Adjudication of Commercial Disputes.

On November 12-15, 2018, Iraq’s Ministry of Oil exhibited for the first time at the Abu Dhabi International Petroleum Exposition (ADIPEC). The exhibition came as a result of prior CLDP-sponsored programs and consultations provided to the Ministry on the margins of ADIPEC.

On November 12-15, 2018, in Abu Dhabi, CLDP supported U.S. Consul General to the Southern Governorates Timothy Davis in reassuring U.S. oil and gas industry representatives of the U.S. government’s commitment to support the development of economic and legal environment in southern Iraq.
