CLDP, in cooperation with State Fiscal Service of Ukraine and private sector hosted Workshop on Risk Assessment and Post Clearance Audit. The workshop took place in Kyiv, Ukraine on April 18-19, 2016.

On April 13-14, 2016, CLDP conducted a Workshop for the Arbitration Court of the Foreign Trade Chamber of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH Arbitration Court). The Workshop was the first installment in a capacity-building program between the Arbitration Court of the Foreign Trade Chamber and CLDP.

CLDP partnered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and with Georgia's National Intellectual Property Center (Sakpatenti) and organized a 4-day course on Trademark Examination for Sakpatenti trademark examiners.

CLDP hosted a high-level delegation from the Competition Commission of Pakistan (CCP) in Washington, DC from April 4-8 for a Program on Best Practices in Competition and Consumer Protection Law Policy and Enforcement.  The delegates participated in the American Bar Association 2016 Antitrust
