CLDP organized a technology transfer program in the U.S., September 18-25, 2010, that focused on funding resources for Pakistan's academia to industry innovation and commercialization. The program commenced in Washington D.C.

CLDP, in conjunction with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), continued its work with Georgia's National Intellectual Property Center (Sakpatenti) to provide assistance in the development of an electronic filing system for patents and trademarks.

As part of an ongoing program of judicial capacity building and IP enforcement for Bosnia and Herzegovina, CLDP held a workshop in Sarajevo on Adjudication of Intellectual Property Criminal Infringement Cases.

CLDP sponsored a weeklong visit of five influential Kyrgyz handicrafts producers and the Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Kyrgyzstan to the U.S.

CLDP conducted a week-long Market Access and International Trade Seminar in Islamabad, Pakistan, August 9-13, 2010, for the Government of Pakistan's leading trade policy and research think tank, the Pakistan Institute for Trade and Development (PITAD).
