On February 10, CLDP provided a one-day workshop on International Commercial Arbitration to staff of the Centre for Economic Dispute Resolution and the National University of Laos. The program specifically covered arbitral agreements and enforcement of awards.

On February 9, the Chairman of the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia – Sakpatenti, Soso Giorgadze, visited CLDP’s office to meet with Chief Counsel Steve Gardner and members of the Georgia program implementation team.

On February 8-9, CLDP provided a 2-day workshop on Public-Private Partnerships for the Ministry of Planning & Investment and relevant line ministries on PPP topics including bankability, strategizing procurement, and procurement processes.

On February 8-9, CLDP conducted a workshop on complaint management with the Maldives Ministry of Finance and other relevant agencies. The workshop focused on examples from the U.S. bid protest system and best practices in handling procurement complaints.

From February 6-8, 2023, CLDP, in coordination with Association ARBITRI and the University of Zenica, held a three-day training on oral advocacy to prepare law students from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Kosovo, and Germany for the 30th Willem C.
