From July 18-19, 2025, CLDP facilitated an arbitration training in Prishtina in coordination with AmCham Kosovo’s Arbitration Center and Columbia Law School’s Center for International Commercial & Investment Arbitration.

From June 10-13, 2025, CLDP, in partnership with Wardynski and Partners, held the third iteration of the Europe Regional Working Group on Public Procurement and Public Private Partnerships (PPPs) in Warsaw, Poland.

On December 12-13, CLDP brought together public and private stakeholders from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan for a Women’s Economic Empowerment Working Group meeting under the U.S. - Central Asia Trade and Investment Framework Agreement mechanism.

Senior Counsel and Senior Attorney, Kenyon Weaver and Mohammad Loraoui, represented CLDP at the 2024 Africa Investment Forum held in Rabat, Morocco. Mr. Weaver was on a Sustainable Energy Fund for Africa (SEFA) panel discussing innovative funding structures for Africa's Energy Transition.
