On October 13, 2020, in coordination with the U.S. Customs and Border Patrol, CLDP hosted a first in a series of webinars on advance rulings for Kosovo Customs officials. Experts from the CBP and the Polish Customs trained the Kosovo officials on the U.S. and the E.U.

On October 6, CLDP distributed a webinar on advance rulings publication and transparency best practices to the Honduran Customs Authority. CLDP worked closely with the U.S.

From October 5-23, CLDP, in coordination with Association ARBITRI and University of Pittsburgh Faculty of Law, will hold a two-week virtual training to prepare law students from Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Kosovo,  and Belarus for the 28th Willem C.

On October 5th, CLDP released the next session of CLDP’s public-private partnership (PPP) webinar series discusses sector-specific examples of how Feasibility and Pre- Feasibility Studies can be utilized as a part of a PPP or traditional procurement process.
