On May 29-30, CLDP, a workshop exchange focused on FIDIC Contracts and Disputes for participants from the Ministry of Construction and Infrastructure.

On May 27, CLDP, in collaboration with the Asian Development Bank (ADB), held a launching workshop for the Methodology for Assessing Procurement Systems (MAPS). MAPS is an international standard assessment designed to evaluate a country’s public procurement system.

On May 22-23, CLDP, in collaboration with the U.S. Department of Transportation, Development Finance Corporation, and the United States Trade and Development Agency, conducted a workshop exchange focused on Port Financing.

From May 19-21, CLDP conducted a workshop on Commercial Mediation with participants from the Attorney General's Office of the Maldives. As a form of alternative dispute resolution, commercial mediation allows parties to efficiently and amicably work towards win-win solutions.
