On August 31, CLDP, in partnership with The Ministry of Finance and Planning in the Maldives, held a briefing session to finalize the PPP draft legislation in order to submit it into parliament.

From August 27-28, in partnership with the U.S. Commercial Service Jakarta and the Indonesian National Public Procurement Agency (LKPP), CLDP conducted a two-day workshop on unsolicited proposals in public-private-partnerships in Indonesia.

On August 4-5, CLDP and White & Case reviewed commercial arbitration procedures with the Philippines Office of the Solicitor General (OSG), which handles arbitrations on behalf of the government.

From July 28-31, CLDP hosted a three-day dialogue in Kyiv with the Ukrainian government focused on the country's new Public-Private Partnership (PPP) law and draft procurement law.
