CLDP, in partnership with the U.S. Foreign Commercial Service, and hosted by the Iraqi National Investment Commission (NIC), held a franchise trade mission, the first of its kind in recent years to Iraq.

CLDP held a workshop for the Moroccan Ministry of Commerce on the effective implementation of trade remedies, with a focus on subsidies, in Rabat from March 11-13, 2014.

CLDP hosted a workshop and site visits in Singapore on March 10-14 for a group of Pakistani technology transfer experts from seven universities and the Higher Education Commission of Pakistan.

CLDP and the Iraqi Higher Judicial Council organized a four-day workshop for ten Iraqi judges on the role of courts in enforcing arbitration agreements and awards invovling investment disputes.
