From March 27-28, CLDP in collaboration with Kenya Electricity Transmission Company (KETRACO), organized a two-day workshop on Public-Private Partnerships (PPP). The workshop discussed the essential first steps in determining whether a PPP is an appropriate structure for a specific project.
