From June 20 to 22, CLDP met with Maldivian government, private sector, and legal communities in a workshop on the import and operation of the country’s new electronic transactions law and to begin the process of drafting implementing regulations. Utilizing expertise from the U.N.

On June 20-21, CLDP, in coordination with Tunisia’s National Observatory for Public Procurement (HAICOP), organized a two-day workshop on US and international best practices in public procurement.

On June 14 – 15, 2022, CLDP, together with Ecuador’s Ministry of Telecommunications (MINTEL) hosted a workshop on the expansion of high-speed broadband internet to underserved communities for officials from Ecuador, Peru, Colombia, and Bolivia, as well as representatives from the General Secretar

On June 14-15, CLDP conducted a technical hybrid workshop, “Deploying Microgrids in Honduras,” for 114 participants from the public and private sectors.

On June 13th – 20th, CLDP completed an initial assessment mission in Armenia to identify appropriate technical assistance and gaps in Armenia’s digitalization strategy to include data protection, e-government initiatives, cybersecurity, and future 5G deployment.
