Government officials, civil society, and private sector representatives including women SMEs from countries of Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Uzbekistan) and the United States gathered for working group meetings on (1) digital trade and (2) women’s economic empowerment. The goal of these meetings was to promote and strengthen public-private dialogue that supports the creation of regional approaches for digital trade and inclusive gender-responsive trade and economic policies for women’s economic empowerment.
