On May 25-27, CLDP and USAID supported the Dominican Republic’s first business fair and conference focused solely on small women-owned businesses in partnership with Asociación Nacional de Mujeres Empresarias, Ejecutivas, y Profesionales, INC (ANMEPRO), Asociacion Dominicana De Mujeres Empresaria

On May 25, CLDP, in collaboration with the General Directorate for Ethics and Government Integrity (DIGEIG) and the Dominican National Council of Private Enterprise (CONEP), organized a public-private dialogue on strengthening integrity mechanisms in the private sector.

On May 24, CLDP, in collaboration with USAID DR and the Dominican Republic’s Competition Authority (Procompetencia) conducted a workshop for judges and prosecutors on detecting, investigating and prosecuting anti-competitive practices in the public procurement.

On April 13, CLDP conducted a webinar for the three main women-owned business associations in the Dominican Republic (DR). The webinar featured a business finance expert from Visa-DR and focused on financial education.

On March 14-16, CLDP held a workshop on best practices in the management and investigation of whistleblower reports for personnel of the Dominican General Directorate for Ethics and Government Integrity (DIGEIG) and public integrity officers from regional agencies.
