From June 4 – 5, 2024, CLDP, along with partners from the Dominican National Commission for the Defense of Competition (ProCompetencia), held two events aimed to stress the importance of an updated competition law in line with international standards to a group of Dominican Judges and Legislators

From February 6 – 9, 2024, CLDP sponsored 17 officials from the Dominican Directorate-General of Public-Private Partnerships (DGAPP) to obtain the Foundations CP3P professional certification.

CLDP, in collaboration with the DR’s public procurement authority, the General Directorate for Public Contracting (DGCP), organized a two-day workshop on best practices in due diligence tools in the procurement system.

On August 30th, 2023, CLDP partnered with the Dominican General Directorate for Public Private Partnerships (DGAPP) in leading a technical workshop for technical staff from contracting units and the National Council for Public Private Partnerships (CNAPP).
