On February 15, CLDP, released a pre-recorded webinar on project agreements for a Public-Private Partnership (PPP).

CLDP ran an introductory workshop on the basic project agreements that make up a PPP in partnership with the PPP Authority. The structure of a PPP is complex, and there are many project contracts with different parties and throughout the different phases of the project.
