CLDP, in cooperation with the Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia (MoESD), held a Workshop on Trade Policy Analysis and Negotiation in Tbilisi, Georgia on April 16-17, 2014.

CLDP, in cooperation with the Georgian Copyright Association (GCA), hosted two one-day workshops in Tbilisi, Georgia for approximately 80 Georgian composers and visual artists.

CLDP co-sponsored 11 students and faculty from the American University of Kosovo and the University of Pristina to participate in the Fourth Central European Vis Pre-Moot and Conference on International Commercial Law and Arbitration, in Budapest, Hungary.

CLDP sponsored an all-women team from Kabul University (KU) Law School to participate in the Willem C. Vis (East) International Commercial Arbitration Moot competition (Vis East Moot) in Hong Kong On March 31- April 6.

In June 2013, President Obama announced the Power Africa initiative.  Power Africa seeks to address one of the greatest challenges to sustainable economic growth in sub-Saharan Africa - access to electrical power.  Power Africa brings together resources within the US government, interna
