CLDP in Action

CLDP organized two-week consultations for a judge from the State Court of BiH and a prosecutor from the State Prosecutor's Office in BiH. The BiH delegates took part in a program of judicial capacity building focused on the adjudication of trademark and copyright infringement cases.

In October 2007 a Merchandise Trade Reconciliation Study was initiated to determine why there were significant differences between Moroccan export and U.S. import trade figures. The data from 2006 was reviewed since that was the first year of trade covered under the U.S.
