On June 2-3, CLDP conducted a workshop on the composition and application of International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) standard contracts for officials from the Maldivian Attorney General’s Office.

CLDP, in collaboration with the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia ‘Sakpatenti’ and the European Law Students’ Association, will facilitate a training session on international best practices in trademark enforcement for a moot court on intellectual property law.  The moot court

CLDP will hold a webinar on the adjudication of insolvency cases for the Georgian judiciary. The webinar will consist of recorded presentations, live discussions, and interactive case studies.

On May 26, CLDP, at the request of the Attorney General’s Office of the Maldives, hosted an interactive virtual negotiation exercise as part of an ongoing series focused on infrastructure finance and investment.

CLDP will partner with the National Intellectual Property Center of Georgia ‘Sakpatenti’ to bring together through a virtual platform of government officials from the Caucasus Region and Eastern Europe for the first meeting of the Caucasus Expert Level Working Group on Intellectual Property Right
